For most of my life, I followed the path that was supposed to lead to happiness.

As a competitive swimmer in my younger years, I was disciplined, goal-oriented, and always striving for more. After leaving the sport, I channeled that same drive into my career, spending eight years in the corporate IT world, chasing promotions, financial success, and the sense of fulfillment I thought would come with it.

I achieved almost everything my younger self believed would make me happy—a successful career, marriage, two amazing kids, a dog, a house, a car, and even a motorcycle. But despite checking all the right boxes, something was missing. No matter how much I accomplished, that deep, lasting fulfillment never came.

That realization led me down a different path—a journey of self-discovery and transformation that completely changed my life. Over the past four years, I immersed myself in deep inner work, exploring who I am through meditation, psychology, neuroscience, plant medicine, and spiritual growth. I came to understand that true transformation isn’t about external achievements; it’s about aligning the mind, body, and soul to create a life that feels deeply fulfilling from the inside out.

I let go of who I thought I had to be and stepped into who I truly am. I shifted my mindset, redefined success, and finally found the inner peace and clarity I had been searching for all along. Quitting my corporate job was the final step in reclaiming my life on my own terms.

Now, I help others do the same.
